How to Enter: SET 1 (Dec 21 – Jan 21)
Ready to join the hunt and win? Entering is simple:
Capture: Bag any of the 10 targets from Set 1 using your DWARF telescope.
Post: Share your results in the DWARF 3 & mini Official Group or the DWARF II Official Group on Facebook.
Tag: Use the hashtag #DwarfVisionWinterChallenge.
Verify: Ensure your captures include a visible date and time from Dec 11, 2025, forward (the Stellar Studio watermark is perfect for this).
For this first leg, you will focus on legendary Showpieces like the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) and the Pleiades (M45) for high-signal impact. For those eyeing the Master Processor prize, the Spectres are where the real challenge lies. You’ll need to master your Duo-Band filter to “summon” the California Nebula or navigate the complex, multi-panel mosaic required to frame both the Flaming Star and Tadpoles Nebulae.

Astro Filter (IR Cut): Captures the sharp, high-frequency detail of stars and dark dust lanes (Luminance).
